The Assessment Centre has a 1:1 interview for 10 mins on motivation and 20 mins on competencies. There's a group exercise where the team decides on methods/things based on reasons, using graphs for cost and public interest, with mid-exercise info to rethink answers. A written exercise involves analyzing questionnaires and charts to find initial trends, thoughts, and improvements. Lastly, a presentation task where you close a workstream and handle it.
