it was a simple, short interview with the usual questions, no pressure added in a friendly environment. scenarios were given to test clinical judgement and my cv was gone through with references. the interview was one stage with matron, manager and consultant. it was an internal hire and fairly straightforward.

It was a really good and thorough interview process overall, and the interviewer was nice. They asked the right questions and I felt good about the outcome. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and confident when I was talking about the role. The interview lasted about an hour.

It was a panel interview, with questions about why I picked my specialty, my research project, QIPS, and past clinical experience. There were also questions about a clinical scenario, which could be ethical. They asked about what IMT entails and practical procedures. The questions weren't too hard.
