It was remote friendly, though it was initially planned to be in-person. They were accommodating and granted the remote request. The questions they asked were pretty direct, and the follow-up questions were really helpful. They covered both hard and soft skills.

It was a formal process that included a panel interview. They asked me why I applied for this specific role and wanted examples of my experience.
