The interview process was straightforward and seemed to go well, with some scenario-based questions. It's a decent job, and they don't have high expectations. Just a heads-up, they don't offer sponsorship to anyone, whether you're a fresher or experienced.

Behavioral Presentation

So I applied online and NHS Digital reached out for a phone interview. It was just me and one of their project managers chatting about my background. After that, I was invited for a panel interview where I had to give a short presentation. The final step was an interview with the Deputy CIO. The whole thing took about 6 weeks, and the feedback they gave me at the end was really detailed and helpful.
