It was an easy process from start to finish. Everything was done online. You could also easily call or email the manager of the ward you were applying to for a look around beforehand. It was helpful to see how the ward was run before the interview to see if it matched your nursing style.

The interview was pretty straightforward and the questions were easy to answer. I also had time at the end to learn more about the role. It was competency-based, and we went over my CV and past experience. Overall, I'd say the interview was easy, and I didn't need to prepare too much.
