It was 6 steps. Starting from normal tests online, then a recorded interview, online interview and then a group tasks for the assessment session. Each part was reliant on values of NHS and observing if the candidate aligns with the requirements based on the specialism you choose.

The interview process has 3 stages spread out over about a month. The first stage is an interview where they want to understand your values and how they fit with NHS digital, along with some situational questions. The second stage is a technical assessment that requires basic programming knowledge to pass. The third stage is a 5-hour assessment center. This center has three parts: an interview similar to the first one but deeper into your motivations, past NHS digital work, and how your skills can contribute; a presentation based on a company brief, followed by questions; and a group assessment where you collaborate with 3 others for an hour on a given situation, requiring strong communication and teamwork.

It went ok but I don't know what they are looking for in a candidate. The response was slow, wish I could get more info from the interviewer but no, so I am a bit lost to be honest. Still waiting for their feedback.
