I had a really unpleasant interview with the Chief Pharmacist. He seemed defensive and got agitated easily when talking about some things. Instead of checking my skills or experience, he mostly asked about my past failures and talked a lot. It felt more like a lecture than an interview. It seems like there might be some issues at IMH based on patient reviews, and my interview experience kind of reflected that. It definitely wasn't a respectful or constructive process. To management: please train your interviewers to be professional, respectful, and structured. Candidates should be assessed on their abilities, not grilled on personal failures.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes with 2 interviewers. Some surprising questions were asked as they really wanted to know people in detail. It was a good experience though, being my first time interviewing with an overseas organization.
