The process was pretty smooth, not much to report. They did take a bit longer than expected to get the offer letter out after the interviews, but overall it was a really nice experience. The interviews really focused on skills and what I've learned.

The initial stage involved some friendly get-to-know-you questions. Although they promised to keep me updated on my application status, I ended up waiting almost a month without any communication from HR. I eventually had to reach out to HR, and their response was that they were still in the process of interviewing candidates.

Before the interview was set up, I had to complete an assignment. A phone call followed to confirm the interview date. The interview itself was in-person with my potential hiring manager and direct manager(s). We met in a small meeting room, so the atmosphere was pretty casual and informal. It was a pretty standard process.
