The interview started with introductions and icebreakers designed to assess teamwork, communication, and personality, lasting about 30 minutes. Afterwards, we filled out forms and then had individual interviews. The atmosphere was a mix of nervousness and relaxation, and the interviews felt professional yet laid-back. Although there were two interviewers, one primarily led the conversation, with the other interjecting for additional details. It's recommended to research the company to make a good impression. I applied via Indeed and received an interview invitation about 5 days later. An offer followed roughly a week after that, with a start date scheduled for two days after onboarding.

The interview and hiring process was super fast. I didn't feel totally ready or comfortable the whole time. Once I got hired, the process of getting started was really slow and took forever - I almost looked for other jobs more than once because of delays.
- Tell me about a difficult conflict you had to resolve and your approach.
