it began with a phone call, and if that went well, you went in for an in-person interview. that consisted of three interviews in a row with different people, then a technical interview. they asked about your technical abilities, your resume, and if you were a good culture fit.

So first I took an online assessment, then I had a chat with a recruiter where we just got to know each other and I asked some questions about the company. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. It had two parts, each 45 minutes long. The first was with the team lead and another person from the team, and it was mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. The second interview was with two leadership folks, and it was also behavioral, focusing on team fit and discussing my assessment performance. The whole thing was pretty good, people seemed great.
