The hiring process seemed to discriminate against older candidates, as the interviewing manager pointed out the low number of employees over 40. Despite a strong interview and qualifications, I wasn't offered the job. I reapplied later and was told I was moving to the final stage, but then was ghosted for four weeks before receiving a rejection. This job seems to be a revolving door for younger employees and has been posted multiple times.

The interview process wasn't too bad at all. They asked easy questions and everyone was super friendly and nice. I left feeling pretty good about everything. It's a nice place with nice people. I really liked it and would interview there again. I liked the entire interview.

So first I took an online assessment, then I had a chat with a recruiter where we just got to know each other and I asked some questions about the company. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. It had two parts, each 45 minutes long. The first was with the team lead and another person from the team, and it was mostly behavioral with a few technical questions. The second interview was with two leadership folks, and it was also behavioral, focusing on team fit and discussing my assessment performance. The whole thing was pretty good, people seemed great.
