The interview process took 3 weeks. It involved 3 steps: First, a screening with a recruiter. Second, a quick call with role-play with someone from the team. Third, an on-site interview with 4 people. The on-site was the toughest part, speaking with 4 different people back-to-back for 45 minutes each, with no breaks, and they just fired questions at you. Some interviewers were more relaxed, leading to more interaction and company insights. The downside was the feedback, just a rejection email with an offer to reach out for full feedback, which was disappointing after speaking with so many people.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was some back and forth via email, then a phone call interview which was pretty straightforward and professional. We mostly talked about my experience and I had to answer questions about the company, their product, and how retargeting functions. I messed up a key question, though, which I think is why I didn't get the job. It's disappointing that I haven't heard back after the interview.

The interview process was long but very organized and well-planned. The recruiting team was great, especially Tara who was helpful and made me feel comfortable. The hiring manager even reached out directly to see if I had questions, which was a nice surprise and made me feel valued.
