The recruiter reached out and I had a 1:1 with Grace, who was nice. Then I spoke with Sibrey, who was also pretty nice. The process was pretty easy overall, but they won't let you know if you didn't get the job. I followed up two weeks later to see if they had made a decision, but I never heard back. I'm not upset about not getting the position, mostly due to the lack of integrity from their employees. They couldn't even tell me I didn't get an offer.

Behavioral Technical Case

My interview experience for the Product Support Specialist role at Nextpoint was really great. It took about three weeks from when I applied until I got the offer, and there were four rounds in total. First, I had a Zoom screening with the recruiter, Sam, who was super friendly and kept me in the loop. After that, I went in person to interview with the Operations manager. It was a pretty casual chat where we talked about my background, and I got to learn more about the team and the company culture. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two people from the team. We talked about my experience in technical support and how I'd deal with different kinds of problems. The last interview was also on Zoom, with the manager. This one went more into technical details and problem-solving scenarios. Everyone I met was really easy to talk to and down-to-earth. I liked how fast things moved and how clear all the communication was.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a phone screening, then had two conversational phone interviews with the recruiter about my work history and relevant experience. The final stage was about an hour of in-person interviews with team members. Everyone was really nice and easy to chat with. The recruiter, Grace, made it a smooth process and was really upfront about the role and where the company is headed. She also kept the interviews efficient, which I liked because some places drag on for ages.

So the interview process was great at first, I had 2 rounds within a week and they went well. But then, I got ghosted by the recruiter and the interviewer for 4.5 weeks. I emailed them a bunch, but only found out the job was filled when I saw it removed from the website. Super unprofessional. They should at least let candidates know they didn't get the job instead of leaving them hanging for a month. Expected more from them.
