Product Manager

- Could you walk me through all your previous work experiences, starting from the very beginning of your career?
Product Manager
So I had 4 interviews with Nexthing. First was with HR. Second and third interviews were with 3 product managers. The third one involved a project presentation. The fourth interview was with the CEO. After all that, I did a take-home project for a few days, making mockups and slides. Then they told me they already hired someone for the project, even though I defined the product and they hired someone else to work on it. Not fair.
- Prepare a project, including mockups and feature definitions.
Product Manager
First, there was a phone call with HR. Then, a second interview with one of the Product Leads. For the third, I had to do a Mockup. The fourth was with the Director in Madrid. Afterward, they told me my profile was good but I wasn't a fit. Months later, they called me to resume interviews and hired me. What a disaster, the interview process really shows you how the company is internally...
- What's your style as a PM?
