The whole process took over 3 months from applying to hearing back. First, there was a recruiter call, then an interview with the Regional Director, followed by another interview with the Regional Sales Director. After that, I had a peer interview. Then, I went on-site for an interview with the Line manager, and finally, a panel interview with a presentation.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

The company was super professional. They laid out the interview steps from the start and followed through. They were really upfront about everything. The process includes a personality test to see if you're a good fit for the company culture. You also have to do a presentation and product demo. You'll need to put in some time to learn and demo the product. It's a great product that offers a ton of insights into a customer's IT performance, but the key is to present it in a simple way.

Behavioral Presentation Technical Other

Given the pandemic, all interactions were via video calls. The first step was a call with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager who outlined the task for the presentation. A week later, I gave a 30-minute presentation to the Sales Director and a Solution Consultant, which was then followed by about 30 minutes of Q&A. After that, I had another conversation with the VP of Technical Services and a discussion about company values and culture with the recruiter. The whole process, from the initial interview to the job offer, took about 3 weeks, which was quite fast. All the interviews were pleasant, and the recruiter was always available to me. I always knew what was expected of me and what the next steps were. It was a really positive experience, which is why I accepted the offer.
