There were two rounds of interviews for this role. The first one was a video interview, and the final round was with the EIR. It was a really conversational chat with the EIR, and he seemed super interested in my background, my reasons for choosing ETA, PE, and finance in general. He also asked if I had any knowledge of LBOs and what a good IRR would be for a PE firm looking at a 5-year investment.
