Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nextech Systems.
Implementation Specialist
The interview process was awful. They initially stated I met the requirements, but then brought up suggested skills that I only had some experience with, and suddenly these became mandatory requirements. It felt very misleading and like a waste of my time. Additionally, they mentioned there would be no training provided, which was a major red flag.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Product Support Specialist
I had a chat with someone from talent acquisition first, then I spoke with two of the hiring managers. The whole process felt pretty easygoing. It started right on time and lasted about as long as it was supposed to. The questions were pretty standard for this kind of job. Overall, it was a pretty relaxed setting.
- What's your approach to handling calls with upset customers?
Specialist
The process was really fast and simple. After applying, I had a recruiter chat and then two manager interviews, followed by an offer all within two weeks. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had. No unnecessary steps or misleading information.
- Standard inquiries were made, with a focus on your potential team fit.
