I sent in my application through the school program and got an online coding test pretty quickly, within a week. After that, I had a 30-minute phone call where they asked me about behavioral stuff and cultural fit. The final stage was a remote interview that lasted for 3 hours and included more technical questions. Overall, the process was smooth and pleasant. The questions were challenging but not overly complicated.

Applied for the Full-Stack Developer role through LinkedIn. Received an email about two weeks later indicating they wanted to proceed. The initial stage involved completing coding questions on HackerRank, with a one-week deadline. This test lasted 180 minutes and included four questions: three logic-based and one for an HTML/CSS page layout. One of the logic questions was quite challenging, and the HTML/CSS question was also time-consuming. The following week, I received an email stating I wasn't selected because one test case failed for the last question. I think the rest of my answers were correct, but still didn't get through.

So after I sent in my resume, I had to do this three hour HackerRank challenge. Then there was a phone screen where they went over my resume and asked some basic questions. After that, I got invited for an in-person interview. The person who did the phone interview mentioned it would include pair programming to check how I work and if I'd fit in. They gave me three general topics that ended up not being accurate though. On the interview day, there was a presentation about the company, three one-hour HackRanks, and lunch with some employees. I liked the company and most people, but two of the 'pair programming' exercises were with the most disinterested interviewers I've ever met. They barely said anything and just sat there looking bored for the whole hour. I got a rejection email a few days later.
