- What are your goals for this position?
Sales Assistant
First, I had a phone interview where we covered general questions. Then, I went into the store to talk to the manager and complete some tasks. These tasks included finding an outfit suitable for an employer and organizing items on the shop floor.
- What makes you want to join Next?
Sales Representative
Had a very casual one-on-one with the staff lead. It was a pretty standard interview about customer service, and they also introduced me to the team and how the shop floor operates. The person interviewing me was really nice. It felt like a place with a lot of younger staff, so it didn't seem like a lonely work environment.
- Could you tell me about your previous work experiences?
