Had some basic questions, then they sent me the details for a Google meeting. The time was wrong by an hour because they had it in GMT instead of British Summer Time. I joined an hour early just in case, and sure enough, they hadn't checked the time on the email. If I had gone at the time they said, I would have missed it.
