Customer Service Associate
It was a group interview where they gave us a tour of the shop and showed us the different roles they have. They didn't ask us any personal questions, and we had to ask them questions. It was tough to really show what you can do in that setting.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Service Representative
It was a straightforward interview where they asked about my experience and some behavioral questions. They also answered any questions I had about the role. They asked me if I could work full time and what kind of shifts I was available for.

Customer Service Representative
It was pretty straightforward. They confirmed the job I applied for and asked me a few questions about myself and my background. Then they asked about my availability. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview which included a phone task, an email task, and the main interview, which ended up being about 2 hours and 45 minutes long.
- What prompted your departure from your last role?
