The whole process felt like it took forever. It took a whole month from applying to hear back from the recruiting team. The interview itself was pretty chill and easy. It was done online and lasted about 45 minutes. It had a good mix of questions about first-line IT support and customer service. Sadly, I didn't get the job, even though I thought the interview went really well. It was a bit of a downer that I didn't get any feedback though.
