I had a phone call with the recruiter and then a one-on-one with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was condescending and really grilled me about my previous role, asking for super specific details like I should know exact code. It felt like they were looking down on me because I was laid off. It seemed like they thought I had more experience than what was on my resume. It was uncomfortable, but I know that's part of the process.

Entry Easy Negative experience No offer

I applied for the Backend Software Engineer job on their website and heard back from the recruiter in a couple of days. She suggested we chat and I scheduled it for August 18th. The call never happened. Five minutes after it was supposed to start, I emailed to see if we were still talking. Three days later, she replied, apologizing for missing the call due to an emergency and asked to reschedule for August 21st, which I agreed to. However, the same thing happened again. She didn't call on August 21st. She contacted me on August 24th, saying she had a chaotic week and asked for my availability again. I rescheduled for August 29th. On the 29th, she rescheduled without notice to later that day. I was really frustrated with the lack of professionalism. I decided to wait to hear from her, but there was no call, no email, nothing.

The whole thing took about 4 days. There were 3 technical interviews, each lasting an hour. The recruiter was super helpful in scheduling them all close together, which was great. I got feedback on whether I passed after each interview, usually within a day. The interviewers were really nice and made it feel less stressful.

Reverse a linked list: provided with a linked list, your task is to return the reversed version of it, for example, 1->2->3->4->NULL should become 4->3->2->1->Null. Importantly, you must achieve this without using any iterations, meaning recursion is required.
