I only spoke with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor from Detroit, Michigan. I was upset because she was rude when she laughed at my salary expectations. I would have preferred a nicer and more professional conversation. Her LinkedIn profile says she cultivated an exceptional candidate experience, but I disagree. My experience was not exceptional.

I applied online and then had a phone screen. After that, there was a technical video interview. It wasn't super technical, mainly asking some basic C# trivia because that was highlighted on my resume. The vibe was really friendly and casual. Then I was invited to their office for two more interviews: one with a technical manager and another with HR. Both interviews were pretty laid-back and focused on my resume and how I stay updated with technology. No whiteboard coding or 'fizz buzz' type questions. They ended up making me a reasonable salary offer, and I was able to negotiate a sign-on bonus as well.

I had a three-part interview. First was a phone call with the recruiter, then a technical interview with a senior developer, and finally, an HR personnel interview. I was a bit nervous about the technical part, but the interviewer was really nice and understanding about it. They just asked me to explain my thought process.
