The interview process was pretty smooth and everything was done online. There were no extremely difficult questions. The technical round finished with three basic to medium difficulty coding questions. The last round was with HR and included some behavioral questions.

Behavioral Technical

Just a heads up for other candidates, I interviewed with this company in April and it was super long! First, there was an HR screen, then a full hour of just behavioral questions. After that, a technical round that actually ran over the scheduled time. I did great and passed all of them. The HR person said I'd get an offer, but then they suddenly put the position on hold for like 4 months. I'd already moved on. Then, the HR reached out again saying they had multiple openings and mentioned they hired someone else last time – which is weird since they put me on hold! Now, after they contacted me again, they've put me on hold *again*. So, people should really think twice about this company, I don't think they respect candidates' time.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me about all the behavioral questions you can imagine?
  • The technical interview was challenging, covering topics like manual testing, automation, Jenkins, Git, APIs, Jira, Java, and UI testing, basically anything you can think of.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online through the company site and heard back from the recruiter the next day. We set up a phone interview, but she missed the scheduled time. After I reached out, she said she was running late and would call in 20 minutes, but again, no call. She finally called the next day, unexpectedly. During that call, we talked about the job, salary, company, and my background. Post-call, I received a HackerRank assignment and was scheduled for a 2-hour in-person interview at the Ann Arbor office. The in-person interview went really well; the interviewers were great, and I felt a good connection with them and the team. The recruiter gave me positive feedback about the interview. Three days later, the recruiter called with a job offer at X salary and mentioned she'd try to get approval for an additional 3k, also explaining benefits and company info. However, the next day, the recruiter emailed to say the offer was actually 10k lower than initially proposed. This was a first for me, and when I asked why, the response was about their rating and offer. While I understand salary ranges, I'm frustrated about being contacted when things weren't finalized from their end.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Were there general case-based behavior questions?
