The interview process was really well organized, though it felt a bit long and drawn out, mostly because of scheduling issues on both ends. Overall, it was a fair and smooth experience that helped me figure out if it was a good fit and effectively filtered candidates.

We had one screening and then an interview with the hiring manager. Both wanted to know why Nex Health and it felt like there was a right answer. The hiring manager only asked three questions and then spent 30 mins asking me what else I had for him. Gave the impression there were a lot of hours outside work.

Behavioral Presentation

It was mostly a casual conversation, which I found a bit surprising given it's a startup. They seemed pretty uptight, especially for a Silicon Slopes company. They made it clear upfront that there's no work/life balance and that being in the office is required. While these are red flags for me, I can see how some people might do well in that type of environment.
