First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NexHealth.
Account Executive
The hiring process was pretty quick. It started with a screening, then I had one interview with the Sales Manager. After that, there was a follow-up call with the same sales manager to get ready for an in-person mock discovery/demo. The onsite part involved two conversations, one with a current AE and the other with the Payments team PM, followed by the mock discovery/demo where they expected me to try and close the deal. I proposed some imaginary "next steps" but I'm not sure if that's what they were looking for. The manager later told me they weren't offering me the job because they wanted someone for this team who could be very transactional and fast-paced, focusing on a one-call close.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Nexhealth?
Account Executive
They had me do a product pitch. I studied and practiced and then I pitched it. I don't think it went super well because they didn't seem impressed. Funny thing is, I've never missed quota in 2 years, and they ended up hiring someone from my old company who had never hit quota. Oh well, maybe it's for the best.
- Could you give us a pitch for our product?
- What type of salesperson would you say you are?
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview, then I met the team, and after that I did a mock demo. I did the demo with the VP of Sales and some other Account Executives, which was a good way to see what the company culture is like.
- What value would you bring to this role?
