Implementation Project Manager
The HR person made the process really smooth. We talked about the job expectations and my overall experience. They also went over the working conditions for the role, including the in-office setup and travel requirements. It was a productive and well-organized discussion.
- Can you tell me about your past experience and any projects you've managed?
Software Engineer
They held four rounds of interviews: first, an aptitude test covering general knowledge, math, and English. Then, a technical aptitude test focusing on Core Java, Pig, Hive, Mapreduce, SQL, NoSQL, Hbase, and Flume. This was followed by a face-to-face technical interview to assess technical knowledge. Finally, there was an HR round. The whole process was quick, with fast feedback, and overall it was a good and speedy experience.
- What motivates you to join our company?
Credit Manager
The interview process felt pretty drawn out. The questions they asked were pretty basic, almost like just going through the motions. When it was my turn to ask questions, the interviewers seemed uncomfortable and wouldn't make eye contact when answering. Maybe my questions were too tough for them to answer, or maybe they were just too specific, because they kept looking down.
- How would you handle an employee who isn't a good fit for the Credit Manager role, but has been with the company for over a decade and hasn't had to report to a new manager before?
