It was a one on one with the volunteer coordinator. The interview was really easy and straight forward. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. She offered me the position and we scheduled times at the end.

The application process took a really long time. It seemed like they were super swamped because I applied months ago and then had to keep calling to check on my application status. After talking to a few people who said they'd get back to me, I finally got scheduled for an interview. It ended up being a group interview because they had so many applications, they couldn't do their usual one-on-one. We had to pair up, interview each other, and then present our partners to the group and hiring manager, who then asked my partner to explain their answers more.
