The interview process was very light and didn't seem to put enough effort into matching the candidate to the role. I felt it wasn't professional and there was no structure that I could see the interviewer used to find the right candidate for the role.

I had a phone call with HR which went well. Then I interviewed with the CTO. He liked me and wanted me to meet the team I would be managing for a few hours and provide recommendations. I was told I was moving to the next round, but then heard nothing for two weeks. I emailed HR, then emailed again a week later. HR finally called saying there was a restructure but the CTO was keen to hire. A week and a half later, still no update, so I emailed again. No response. I gave up and withdrew my application two months after the CTO interview, stating I felt I was treated with contempt and the communication was unprofessional.
