It was a 3 part process. First was very informal and standard questions. Second was conversational, they wanted to get to know me as a person. Social skills were important, and they emphasized organizational skills/fitting in to the company culture. Third was the most formal, with more situational questions and a focus on why I should be hired over others.

I had an initial phone screen with a really helpful recruiter who shared a lot of info about the job and company. Then I went in for an in-person interview with the team, which was a couple of weeks after the phone call. The team members were nice. After the final interview, nobody got back to me, and I had to follow up with several people to find out if I was rejected or if they were still deciding.

I put my application in through LinkedIn, and then got called for an interview about a week later. I'd done some research before heading in. The office was nice, and they offered me something to drink and gave me a quick tour. Three people interviewed me: someone from HR and two managers. They made it clear it was an entry-level role and the pay was fixed at 35k. I answered everything I could and followed all the standard interview advice. I felt pretty good about it afterwards and was confident. I didn't end up getting a call back, even though they said I'd hear from them the next week. In hindsight, I should've followed up, but I guess I wasn't the right fit. They wouldn't have forgotten to call otherwise!
