This interview process was poor. They decided not to interview me because I had left the graduate program at the University of Denver. They still asked me a lot of detailed questions even though they wouldn't hire me. I have a Bachelors Degree, a Full Stack Web Development Certificate, and I'm currently pursuing a Data Science Certificate, but none of that mattered to them.

The interview was pretty straightforward. It started with me introducing myself and answering some personality questions. Then, I was asked some situational questions that were also easy to answer. The interview panel had one person from HR and one engineer, and they were both really nice and easy to talk to.
