The hiring process was pretty easy and fast. I applied and then did a quick online test with some behavior questions and a safety question. Then I had my final interview over Teams, it was about 45 minutes with a panel of HR and two engineers.

The interview was for a junior role, but it was advertised as a more senior-related position. It was conducted by a manager and an HR representative who seemed relatively experienced. The interview was a two-person session. They had a limited understanding of the role, location, and potential disruptions. The whole experience was weak, rushed, and unprofessional.

This interview process was poor. They decided not to interview me because I had left the graduate program at the University of Denver. They still asked me a lot of detailed questions even though they wouldn't hire me. I have a Bachelors Degree, a Full Stack Web Development Certificate, and I'm currently pursuing a Data Science Certificate, but none of that mattered to them.
