Had a 15 minute HR screening interview first. Then, I had a 2-hour in-person interview day with 4 people from the team, back-to-back. Took a month to hear back about the final decision. It was a long process but totally worth it in the end!

I had a phone call with someone from talent acquisition who told me about the program and gave me an overview. After that, I had a panel interview with the future manager and director of procurement. It was a great experience, everyone was so kind and helpful!

The interview process wasn’t very outlined and had no structure. I spoke with a recruiter and it took almost one month to hear back about the next steps, which probably would’ve been longer if I didn’t reach out. The next step was speaking with a manager, which went well, but it took another month to hear back about what the next step was once again. My last interview was with another manager which I thought went well, but about 3 days later I got an email stating they weren’t going forward with me. Overall it was very unorganized and it seemed that everyone I spoke to was just as confused about the interview process. Everyone was nice though.
