Associate Marketing Manager
This interview process was way too long, dragging on for three months from January 2026. I applied for one role, but they considered me for another, even though they kept reposting the original position. It was frustrating because they ended up rejecting me after the final interview, with the recruiter saying they were 'going another direction.' It felt like they just posted the job and then hired someone internally. I had multiple interviews and even prepared a case study presentation, which is a lot, especially since I'm already working in this field. It's no surprise their stock has dropped; it lacked any professionalism.

Marketing Manager
The interview process was quite lengthy, compounded by internal delays due to multiple rounds of layoffs. After applying online, I had a screening call with the U.S. HR department, which was under 30 minutes and focused on my experience. Two weeks later, I had a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager to discuss capabilities and get acquainted. Another two weeks passed before I was asked to prepare and deliver a 45-minute presentation via video call to the hiring manager and general manager. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks and ultimately received a rejection email. The overall process was pretty long, so I'd advise potential candidates to check recent reviews and interview experiences to see if it's worthwhile.

Marketing Manager
So first, I chatted with some recruiters at a career fair. Then, I applied online and got invited to an on-campus interview session, and they had a dinner the night before. Both were pretty chill. The interviews were around 30-45 minutes each. About two weeks later, I went to Atlanta for a dinner and then a "super day" at the office the next day. We had 3 interviews back-to-back, and there were general info sessions all day. It was pretty similar to the first interviews. A little over a week after that, I got the offer.
