The interview process starts with an initial phone call and is then followed by a panel interview. Generally, the questions asked are basic and the interview is simple overall. You should prepare for "what would you do" type questions. The phone call will be with the campus recruiter and the panel interview will be with the people you would work with.

A bunch of different recruiters from the company reached out, which was a bit confusing and a lot to keep track of. On the bright side, everyone I spoke with was great. After my last interview for one role, I didn't hear back, and when I followed up, the position was already filled. However, they are looking to connect me with a different opportunity.

Behavioral

I had my summer internship interview at my University campus with Newell Brands. I went through 2 back-to-back 30-minute interviews. The interviews were mostly behavioral. I was asked questions about past experiences, scenarios, and decisions I've made. The two interviewers asked pretty similar questions. I enjoyed my experience and wasn't asked company-specific questions or anything requiring close analysis or memorization of company facts. Both interviewers were understanding and kind when I was under the weather.
