Brand Manager
The recruiting process here was pretty disappointing. Recruiters act friendly at first, but it feels fake, and they don't mean it when they say to reach out. Even after several interview rounds and talking to about 10 people, ghosting seems to be the standard. I was told multiple times I'd hear back soon, but recruiters just ignore you and miss their own deadlines with no follow-up or feedback for weeks or months. Hiring managers are also unresponsive. In my first interview with the hiring managers, they were late and asked strange questions unrelated to the job, and they seemed really uninterested. After months, I got a generic rejection, and they hired someone less qualified who was friends with the recruiter. The salaries are low, and the company seems to be struggling, so maybe it worked out for the best.

Assistant Brand Manager
I applied through my university and had a 30-minute chat. The questions were pretty basic and preliminary. The interviewer was super nice and friendly. It started off with questions about my previous work. They asked about the detailed tasks I did and explained what the job here involves. Then we moved on to common interview questions like what my strengths are and where I could do better. I also spent about half the interview asking them questions, which was the best part.
- What are your strengths and areas for improvement?
- How do your past experiences make you a better candidate for this role?
Brand Manager
I had two zoom interviews with senior brand managers. The first was with someone on the team I was interviewing for, and the second was with a senior brand manager from a different brand. Both were a mix of behavioral questions and mini case studies.
- Can you share an experience where you juggled competing priorities?
- Describe your leadership style.
