I was interviewed by an employee first, and we had a nice chat about the job and my background. Then, the manager joined and interviewed me. The first thing she asked was to list computer hardware components. This wasn't mentioned in the job posting, so I wasn't ready and didn't answer well. They also asked if someone referred me (I applied online). After a brief discussion, they said I wasn't considered for the role.

I had 3 separate interviews with 3 different people, and it took almost 2 hours. The first person I interviewed was the main boss, and then 2 other directors. I had to wait in the hallway for a bit and then was led to a small conference room. Then you just stay there until someone comes to interview you, and then they come in one by one. I'd say each person took about 35 minutes each.

I had a phone interview, and then they set up an interview at Newegg. I was taken to a conference room and sat down. The interview began with the head of HR, lasted about 2.5 hours, and I met and spoke with 6 people individually. Everyone I met during the interview was very nice and professional. Each person spent about 20 minutes with me, and they all asked if I had any questions for them.
