First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Newegg.
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty simple process, had 3 interviews in total. Started with a phone call from HR, then two more with customer service managers. You just gotta come in with a smile and a good attitude.
- Can you tell me about the worst customer service experience you've personally encountered?
Customer Service Representative
First, I had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes to see if I was a good fit for an in-person interview. Then, the in-person interview was also about 30 minutes and it went pretty easily.
- Tell me about your customer service experience.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process with Newegg was brief and straight to the point. It's highly recommended to bring your character to the interview with the hiring manager, as you'll get to know them better that way. Being overly serious isn't necessarily bad, but showing character rather than being all business allows for a deeper connection.
- Can you describe your training experience at Newegg?
