The interview process was really unprofessional, with constant rescheduling. I eventually had an interview where I felt I performed well. When I inquired about the next steps, they mentioned I was a good fit, which made me think I'd secured the position. I waited for several weeks for an offer. About a month and a half after the interview, I received an email stating they wouldn't be hiring interns due to the need to train new full-time hires. I felt they should have been upfront about this from the start to avoid misleading me and giving me the impression I had the job.

So I went in for about two hours. My career recruiter greeted me and gave me a tour of the office spaces, explaining the daily flow of the business. Then, I took a 50-question multiple-choice basic math test without a calculator. After that, I shadowed an Account Executive for about 30 minutes to see their daily tasks. Lastly, I interviewed with the VP. My recruiter stayed with me the whole time, which made me feel really safe and welcome.

A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn about the internship program. Another recruiter called me and set up an interview. The interview was 3 hours long and included a math test, office tour, shadowing an AE, and a 20 min chat. It went okay except the recruiter was emailing during the interview. They said I'd hear back in a week but I didn't. Super unprofessional since they reached out and I spent hours on it. At least they could have followed up.
