I interviewed with a research assistant first, then with both research assistants a couple of weeks later. The following week I had interviews with the MDs and PhDs, and then the Principal Investigator. I got the offer on March 1st. It was pretty competitive with 350 applicants.

The hiring manager gave me some background on the research study and talked about the responsibilities of the research assistant. He mentioned that this was just the first interview and if I moved forward, I'd have another interview with the PI later.
