I interviewed with a research assistant first, then with both research assistants a couple of weeks later. The following week I had interviews with the MDs and PhDs, and then the Principal Investigator. I got the offer on March 1st. It was pretty competitive with 350 applicants.

They each took the time to tell me about their floor's roles. They were really nice, and they mentioned they were open to hiring new grads.
