I interviewed with a research assistant first, then with both research assistants a couple of weeks later. The following week I had interviews with the MDs and PhDs, and then the Principal Investigator. I got the offer on March 1st. It was pretty competitive with 350 applicants.

I was under the impression I would be meeting with one RN, but I ended up talking with four different charge nurses. Each of them worked on a different floor and had a distinct speciality. They each took the time to tell me about their floor's roles. They were really nice, and they mentioned they were open to hiring new grads.
