The interview process involved one phone interview followed by three in-person interviews. I spoke with a Regional Manager, a Sr. Regional Manager, and the General Manager of TSI’s main facility in White Plains, NY. I initially interviewed for the Assistant General Manager position, but was subsequently promoted to General Manager.

I spoke with an HR Manager, a Business Director, and a Senior Business Director. The first interview was a phone pre-screen with the HR Manager, mainly to get to know me and my job aspirations. Then, I had a second interview with a Business Director that delved more into institutional-style questions. This interviewer was initially reserved but opened up as we talked. The final interview with the Senior Business Director was similar to the second one.
