HR first called me and asked some typical questions about why I applied and why I'm the best fit. Then she scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was about 45 minutes, he asked about my background and if I'm okay with 25% travel, then he brought me in for another interview. In the face-to-face, he asked more standard questions and went into more detail about the project. Finally, I asked some work-related questions and if he had any doubts about my qualifications. Then I tried to reinforce my strong interest in the position before we finished.
