There are three rounds in this process. First, there's a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, there's a panel interview which includes the hiring manager again along with two other managers. The interviews primarily focus on behavioral questions and questions related to your resume.

Applied for a contract role through a recruiter. Had a single video interview with the hiring manager, which included a mix of technical and project skill questions, with a stronger emphasis on technical aspects. The interview was very professional and started on time.

The first interview was with the recruiter and it went fine. The second interview was with a couple of people I would be working with. It was a bit of a mixed bag. One person was nice, but the other person seemed pretty unwelcoming and negative, which made me wonder about the team vibe right away. It was supposed to be an hour, but I knew within 10 minutes that it wasn't the right place for me. The interview ended with a somewhat condescending 'Good luck with your search,' which I really didn't appreciate. It just reminded me that interviews are a two-way street and it's important to find a place with a good, supportive environment.

I got a referral from an employee. The first interview was with a recruiter who seemed disorganized, spending the first 20 minutes sorting out computer and document issues. Then, she rushed through 15 questions in the last 10 minutes, appearing disengaged and unprofessional. The second interview was with a VP, a very pleasant person, and it went smoothly. The final round involved a regional manager and another VP who asked questions from a predetermined list. After that, I tried contacting the recruiter via email, but she completely ghosted me, never responding. My advice to recruiting: provide candidate feedback on recruiters to highlight their shortcomings.
