It was a super easy interview, just one Zoom call with three interviewers. We had a relaxed conversation about my general knowledge of pop culture and how a studio operates. They spent a good amount of time explaining my potential responsibilities and checking my comfort level with the tasks involved.

The interview process was good, and I made it to the final round. The second interview was very detailed and challenging, so I'd recommend really studying the company beforehand. The first round was mostly about introducing myself and learning about the position.

Had a phone call with an HR rep who went over my background. It was awkward because she would mute herself and not really engage. It felt more like a Q&A than a conversation, which wasn't a good experience. I felt like I was rambling and boring her. I didn't get a call back and just got an email saying I wasn't chosen. I wish the person knew how to interview better and actually engaged with the candidate instead of just asking standard questions and keeping things interesting, especially for an internship. It's been a month and they still haven't hired anyone for the position.
