The manager talked to me about myself and my experience. They gave me simple tasks to do. It was very interactive and they got to know me. It was a really easy interview. We did a group interview with a few people who were also applying, and then she asked us questions individually. It was super interactive.

Behavioral Presentation

This was a pretty comfortable 2-round interview process where they were looking for enthusiastic sellers. I had to present myself as if I were in a group project, and they asked a lot of personality questions about how I've reacted to difficult situations. They also let me know about the company, its functions, pros, and expectations.

Behavioral Case

I applied online and then called the store twice to make sure my application was seen, which worked out okay since the application system was down when I applied. I was called in for an interview with the Assistant Store Manager in the conference room. We talked about my strengths, how I'd be a good fit for the job, what sets me apart from others, and some customer-related scenarios. It was a really open and clear chat. They offered me the job right after.
