The process included basic interview questions. They wanted to know why I wanted to work for the law department and which divisions I was interested in and why. They also asked behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time you did something wrong and what you did in response' and 'tell me about a time you had a differing opinion with someone on how to proceed'.

The interview process was drawn out. Interviews were spaced out by months, and there was no communication about the process at all. I had four interviews over four months. The attorneys I interviewed with were nice and knew their stuff.

The interview process had 4 interviews total. The first was with a new associate, the second with two senior attorneys, the third with the legal director, and the fourth with a division chief. They were all pretty standard interview questions. The second interview was the most difficult and had many behavioral questions, while the third interview focused more on my resume.
