I applied in person at Newlook (Solihull) and handed in my CV. The interview process took over 4 weeks, with the interview happening 4 weeks after I applied. It was a group interview with only 3 people. First, we were shown around the store. Then, we were given a task to pick an outfit for one of the three Newlook girls and explain our choices. Finally, we asked a manager a couple of questions.
