So first there were some questions about my past experience and explaining about myself, and how my experience would fit the role. Then there was a round of scenario questions, and after that we did a walk around the shop floor and a SWOT analysis.

It was pretty chill, more like a conversation than a tough interview. They asked me about customer service stuff and how I'd handle different situations. Also, they asked about what's happening in fashion right now.

Behavioral Other

The interview felt a bit scripted, with the interviewer reading out lengthy questions from a corporate document. It was confusing to listen to, and I wished for a more direct approach. After the main questions, I was given a chance to ask my own. I inquired about the day-to-day responsibilities of a supervisor, and she spoke extensively about the work environment, including details about uniforms and employee discounts, even though I didn't get the job. When I asked for feedback, she simply said I did fine. On the plus side, I was notified about not being selected the next day. I don't think the interviewer was to blame for the awkward and confusing nature of the interview; it seemed like a result of the mandated corporate script about being customer-obsessed and having a passion for fashion.
